After 20 years with large national developers including Trammell Crow, United Properties and Ryan Companies, McShane founded the company in 2004. McShane Development is a Twin Cities-based firm with a national footprint. We are devoted primarily to the development and acquisition of single-tenant net lease properties wherever the client wants to go.
